THE PROCESS
The company already knew many of the strategic partnerships it wanted to develop but did not know how to establish them. To get them to where they wanted to be, we reserve-engineered the path to success through extensive research and developing a powerful value statement that emphasized the company’s strengths and industry-unique features and benefits. Success here required demonstrating that this startup firm offered a better overall value, than its much larger, well-established national competitors.
the results
I led the process that enabled the firm to obtain a $16 million cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Federal Dentention Trustee (OFDT) along with Mission Oriented Business Services (MOBIS) and General Services Administration (GSA) contracts. I also facilities the establishment of a formal Mentor-Protegee relationship between CMCG and USIS (a Prime Contractor for the U.S. Department of State and other federal agencies). Overall, while working with the team, the company was awarded 27 Federal contracts.
